Privacy Policy

Onyr Studios LLC (“Onyr Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you play our mobile games, view advertisements, make in-app purchases, or contact us. It applies to our mobile games unless a particular game displays a different privacy policy.

1. Information collected

Advertising and technical information. Our games use advertising services provided by Google AdMob and Unity Ads. When those services are active, their software may collect or process information such as:

  • Device and app information, including device model, operating system, language, app version, and technical identifiers.
  • IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
  • Advertising identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID or an iOS advertising identifier, when available and permitted by your settings and applicable consent requirements.
  • Ad impressions, views, clicks, and interactions; information used to measure ad performance and help prevent fraud.
  • Diagnostic, performance, and error information.

The exact information processed can vary by game, device, region, privacy settings, and the services enabled.

In-app purchases. Some games offer optional digital items or features through Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP). Purchases are completed through the applicable app store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. We and the services involved in fulfilling a purchase may process purchase-related information, such as the product purchased, transaction identifier, purchase status, and receipt or validation information, to deliver or restore purchased content and help prevent fraud. Your app-store provider handles your payment information. We do not receive your full credit-card number from the app-store purchase process.

Information you provide. If you contact us for support or a privacy request, we may receive the information you send, such as your email address, message, and any troubleshooting details you choose to provide.

At present, the Unity services we use are Unity Ads and Unity In-App Purchasing. We do not currently use Unity Analytics, Unity Cloud Save, or other Unity Gaming Services features described in Section 3.

2. How information is used

We and our service providers may use the information described above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our games.
  • Display advertisements, including personalized advertisements where permitted and enabled.
  • Measure advertising performance, limit repeated ads, and detect invalid traffic or fraud.
  • Complete, verify, and restore in-app purchases.
  • Answer support requests and comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and service providers

Our games may use the following third-party services, which process information under their own privacy notices:

  • Google AdMob (Google): provides advertisements and advertising measurement. Google Privacy Policy.
  • Unity Ads (Unity): provides advertisements and related advertising services. Unity Privacy Policy.
  • Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP): provides software for implementing in-app purchase transactions. Purchases are billed by the relevant store; see the Apple Privacy Policy or Google Privacy Policy, as applicable.

Possible future Unity services (not currently enabled). We may add other Unity services later, such as Unity Analytics, Unity Cloud Save, Unity Authentication, Unity Leaderboards, Unity Cloud Diagnostics, Unity Multiplayer Services, or Unity Remote Config. These services are not part of our current data collection practices. If we enable any of them, we will revise this policy and the relevant app-store privacy disclosures before introducing any additional data processing.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

Third parties may act as independent controllers of some data, and their processing, retention periods, and choices may differ from ours. Please review their policies for details.

4. Advertising choices and consent

Depending on your device and region, you may be able to limit advertising tracking or reset/delete your advertising identifier in your device privacy settings. You can also adjust relevant privacy permissions and choices offered within the game, when available. Restricting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements; you may continue to see non-personalized or contextual ads.

Where applicable law requires consent for personalized advertising or access to device identifiers, we seek consent before enabling the relevant processing. You may change or withdraw that consent at any time by opening Settings → Privacy Options in the game. This option appears where consent or opt-out choices apply to you.

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, some transfers of information for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no money is paid for that information. Where required, you can opt out by opening Settings → Privacy Options in the game and choosing to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We honor legally required choices.

5. Retention and security

We retain information under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing support, fulfilling purchases, preventing abuse, and meeting legal requirements. Third-party service providers may retain data according to their own notices and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we control, but no electronic system is perfectly secure.

6. Children’s and teenagers’ privacy

Our games are designed primarily for teenagers and adults and are not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request that children under 13 send personal information directly to us. Our advertising services may process device and advertising data as explained above, subject to the applicable age-related settings, privacy choices, and legal requirements.

If you are a parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to us, contact us using the details below. We will review the request and take appropriate action as required by law.

7. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information about you; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or request a copy of certain data. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising and how your information is sold or shared under applicable law.

To make a request, contact us at privacy@onyrstudios.com. We may need to verify your request and may be unable to identify or delete information held independently by an ad provider using only the information you give us. You can also exercise rights directly with the relevant provider using its privacy tools and notices.

For users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom: Where applicable, we rely on legal grounds such as performing a contract (for purchase fulfillment), our legitimate interests (for game operation, security, and support), compliance with legal obligations, and consent (for advertising processing that requires it). You may have a right to complain to your data-protection authority.

8. International data processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, cross-border transfers are subject to applicable legal safeguards. Additional details may be available in our providers’ privacy notices.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date and provide additional notice where required.
